For the remaining vehicles, the 40 km/h limit may be 70 km/h if their characteristics allow more than 60 km/h on level ground and they meet regulatory conditions. Unpaved roads have a 30 km/h limit, and lower restrictions or special-transport requirements must be observed where applicable.
