Yes. Article 10.3 of Royal Decree 920/2017 provides that traffic enforcement officers may require the report of the latest technical inspection. Keep the report so you can show it if requested, even after a favourable result with no minor defects. The ITV sticker does not replace that report. Carrying the insurance policy or payment receipt in the vehicle has not been mandatory since 2008.
