Correct answer
The car with the trailer.
The car towing a trailer with a MAM of up to 750 kg, which ranks before lorries under Article 62(1). Length does not decide between these two categories. If one vehicle had entered first, Article 60 would apply; on a steep gradient, Article 63 would apply. For vehicles of the same type or unlisted cases, Article 62 first considers the greater reversing distance and, if equal, greater width, length or MAM. The question excludes those other cases.
