Correct answer
The lorry I am driving.
The lorry. With no first entrant, Article 62’s priority order applies: a collective passenger-transport vehicle has priority over the ordinary lorry described. First-entry, signs, personnel directions and steep gradients have their own rules. A lorry forming a combination or in a special transport regime must not automatically be treated as an ordinary rigid lorry.
