BDifficulty 2/5

At an intersection without a priority sign, outside a roundabout and between two paved roads, the general priority-to-the-right rule applies. When must you give way to an animal-drawn vehicle?

Correct answer

When it enters from my right.

When it approaches from your right. Article 57’s general rule concerns vehicles, not only motor vehicles. It does not mean every animal-drawn vehicle always has priority. Exceptions to priority from the right include paved roads over unpaved roads and vehicles already circulating in a roundabout; the question excludes these cases.
