Correct answer
One month from the notice preceding transfer.
One month. Article 106 requires notifying the owner before the transfer order, warning that failure to remove the vehicle within that period will result in transfer to an authorised treatment centre. It is not 15 days or a fixed 30 days equivalent in every month. This notice differs from the periods and conditions permitting residual treatment, such as more than two months since administrative impoundment without objections. Removal to a pound must not be confused with immediate destruction.
