The front wheel bears the greater braking effort
The front wheel. Braking transfers load forward, normally increasing available grip at the front and reducing it at the rear. Use the brakes progressively and together, according to the motorcycle’s system and instructions. This does not mean that the front tyre always wears more: wear also depends on use, the tyre and other conditions.
