No. AM authorises two- or three-wheeled mopeds, light quadricycles and vehicles for persons with reduced mobility, subject to any licence restrictions. It does not authorise motorcycles. Those require an appropriate entitlement, such as A1, A2 or A depending on the vehicle. There is also the national A1 motorcycle entitlement for a valid B licence held for more than three years under the corresponding conditions; that does not extend AM.
