The signal immediately on the left, so stop before the stop line or signal as its placement requires. This is the Article 132.3 rule for differing right and left indications when continuing straight or turning left. It does not itself require a move to the left lane: lane choice depends on markings, signs and permitted manoeuvres. No yellow car or image is needed.
