Correct answer
The vehicle that must reverse the shorter distance.
The lorry that would have to reverse the shorter distance must reverse. Without signs, the vehicle that entered first has priority; if that is unclear, Article 62 applies. Between vehicles of the same type, priority goes to the one that would have to reverse farther. If the distances were equal, priority would go to the vehicle of greater width, length or maximum authorised mass. The steep-gradient rule does not apply to this level-ground situation.
