Do not turn left without sufficient visibility to do so safely, under Article 74. Also check that approaching traffic is not endangered and signal in advance. Position depends on the road: unless signs specify otherwise, approach the left edge on a one-way carriageway; on a two-way carriageway, approach the separation between directions or the centre line without entering opposing traffic. On a two-way carriageway with three lanes separated by broken lines, use the central lane for the turn. Do not apply the one-way-road position to every carriageway.
