No. Different front and rear wheel sizes do not create a requirement for a motorcycle to carry a spare wheel. This does not mean no accessory is required: the General Vehicle Regulations require motorcycles to carry a high-visibility reflective vest. Keep tyres in good condition and follow manufacturer instructions after a puncture; do not fit an incompatible wheel or tyre to continue the journey.
