If calculating the maximum permitted 10% error rate in the B+E knowledge test gives a decimal, how is the maximum number determined?

Correct answer

The next highest whole number applies

Use the next higher whole number under Annex VI. B.3 of the General Driver Regulations. The percentage is 10%, not 20%. For example, if a test had 25 questions, the calculation would give 2.5 and the maximum would be 3 errors. This arithmetic example does not establish the question count for every test.
