A negative ITV for very serious defects prohibits use on public roads. Transport from the station to its destination must use means other than the motorcycle itself, such as a suitable transport vehicle. After repairs, present it for inspection within the granted period, which cannot exceed two months from the first negative inspection. You may choose the station; changing stations is not compulsory. This differs from an unfavourable ITV for serious defects, permitting only the authorised repair or regularisation and reinspection journeys.
