Correct answer
Dipped headlights.
Dipped beam together with position lights. Article 101 requires dipped beam in built-up areas with insufficient lighting; main beam is not used to remedy that darkness. Being unable to distinguish a dark vehicle at 50 m with normal eyesight is part of Article 100’s insufficient-lighting definition. This answer does not exclude other lights required or permitted for different circumstances, such as authorised fog lights.
