Correct answer
At 80 kilometres per hour
80 km/h is the general limit on motorways and dual carriageways within a built-up area when no other applicable speed sign is present. Article 50.6 allows an increase agreed by the municipal authority and road owner, with specific signs and without exceeding the general maximum outside built-up areas. Thus it is incorrect to say a sign can never permit more than 80. Being a novice does not impose the former special 80 km/h limit, and overtaking does not permit exceeding the applicable limit. Always adapt speed to conditions.
