Correct answer
Request a duplicate from the DGT.
Request a duplicate from the DGT through an available channel; losing the document does not require retaking driving tests. Physical loss differs from loss of licence validity. In Spain, the licence available in miDGT has the same legal validity as the physical document; also observe conditions for any provisional document issued. An ordinary photocopy does not automatically replace the licence. Check requirements for the chosen application channel and the documentation needed when driving abroad.
