Correct answer
The Vehicle Registration Certificate and the Roadworthiness Test Card.
The vehicle registration certificate and ITV technical card. The former establishes the vehicle’s road authorisation; the technical card records characteristics and applicable inspection data. A technical card does not itself establish that a new vehicle has already undergone periodic inspection. The registration certificate in miDGT is valid within Spain; do not confuse this with accepting any photograph of a document or assume every document is digitally available. Keep required periodic inspections and the corresponding report up to date.
