In the event of dense fog
Dense fog. Article 106 requires lighting when visibility is substantially reduced: front fog lamps or dipped or main beam, subject to the prohibition on dazzling and other applicable duties. Dense fog also requires the rear fog light. Dipped beam should not be presented as the only alternative under Article 106.
