The front fog light.
The front one. Article 106 allows it in these conditions; light fog does not justify the rear fog light, reserved for especially adverse conditions such as dense fog. Also use position lights and meet other lighting duties. Not every car must have front fog lights, and they do not necessarily have to replace dipped headlights.
