Overtaking gives no vehicle permission to exceed its limit. The former 20 km/h exception for certain overtakes on conventional roads was removed in 2022. Obey the limit applicable to your vehicle and road, which may be below 120 km/h. Priority vehicles on emergency duties have specific rules distinct from ordinary traffic.
