Correct answer
The loss of validity of the licence.
Exhausting the points leads to the procedure for loss of licence validity. Once the final decision is notified, you must not drive. Obtaining a new licence requires passing the licence-recovery road-safety awareness and re-education course, currently 20 hours, and the knowledge test, as well as waiting the statutory period. For a first loss, the general period is six months, or three for professional drivers; repeat losses can extend the period. Simply waiting does not automatically restore the licence. The new licence is issued with eight points.
