The tyres should always have the pressure recommended by the manufacturer.
Use the vehicle manufacturer’s specified pressure for each tyre and the load and use conditions. Consult the manual or relevant label: its location depends on the vehicle, and a motorcycle has no driver-door frame. Check against the cold-inflation reference; pressure normally rises in use and should not be reduced hot to match the cold value. Do not always choose the highest figure or impose different axle pressures without the applicable specification.
