Correct answer
Helping or requesting help to attend to the victim.
Assist or request assistance and cooperate where possible without creating further danger, under Article 129. Call 112 and follow its instructions. An untrained witness should not routinely remove a helmet or do so before assessing the casualty; follow emergency-service guidance. For someone not involved, Article 129.3 qualifies the duty to cooperate: stopping is not universally required when help is clearly unnecessary or officers are already present.
