On all its axles. Section 5 of Annex VII, updated by Order PJC/528/2026, sets this requirement for vehicles with MAM no greater than 3,500 kg. It concerns compliance through those tyres; it does not mean studs must be added whenever it snows. Observe the applicable restrictions and permitted devices.
