Correct answer
One that constitutes a risk or obstacle to traffic.
A stop or parking is considered to be in a dangerous place when it obstructs traffic and when it does not allow other vehicles to pass, or when it obstructs the exit from or access to a property. Parking on central reservations or traffic islands is also considered dangerous, as is parking when the distance between the vehicle and the opposite edge of the carriageway is less than three metres.
