Correct answer
While school transport is being carried out.
While school transport is being carried out, the V-10 sign must be visible from outside. Showing it only during boarding or alighting is insufficient, and merely driving when not performing that service does not require displaying it. It generally goes at the front and rear, but a regulatory alternative for vehicles with up to 19 seats permits only the smaller rear sign. Optional flashing illumination of the pictogram must not be confused with identifying the service throughout the transport.
