Minimum separation (R-300) is a prohibition or restriction sign, not a priority sign. Give way (R-1) and STOP (R-2) regulate priority: the former requires giving way where necessary; the latter requires stopping and giving way. Not all priority signs order giving way, since others assign priority. Nor do all have a unique shape unlike every other sign.
