Article 115 of the Traffic Regulations establishes that to refuel the tank of our vehicle, the engine must be stopped. It also establishes that this fuelling may not be carried out unless the engine is stopped, the vehicle's lights are switched off, and electromagnetic radiation-emitting devices such as mobile phones are switched off.
