Correct answer
An abandoned vehicle.
An abandoned vehicle may be removed under Article 105. Removal from the road and transfer to a treatment facility for destruction are separate procedures. Article 106 includes, among other cases, remaining in the same place for over a month with damage preventing movement under its own power or without number plates; not every kind of damage suffices. Before ordering transfer to the facility, the owner must be notified and warned of the one-month period to remove the vehicle.
