What it means
The S-950 sign informs of the radio frequency for specific road information broadcasts. It indicates where you can tune in to useful messages about traffic, road condition, incidents, or recommendations, without replacing the obligation to obey signs, officers, or variable message panels. It usually appears at accesses, motorways, dual carriageways, tunnels, mountain areas, or stretches where road information may be especially useful. When you see it, if you need that information, use the frequency without becoming distracted or handling devices unsafely. In the test it is usually treated as an information sign, not as an order to change channel.
