Correct answer
90 kilometres per hour
90 km/h: subtract 10 km/h for school transport from the motorway bus limit of 100 km/h, under Article 48.1.a and b. This is not a duty to travel at 90; adapt speed to conditions. A bus without seat belts or carrying authorised standing passengers has an 80 km/h limit outside built-up areas; that case is excluded here.
