Correct answer
The bus without a trailer.
The bus. In Article 62’s order, the lorry-and-trailer combination has priority over a passenger transport vehicle. Not every special vehicle ranks first: the initial category concerns those exceeding prescribed mass or dimensions; special vehicles within those limits rank lower. Signs, directions, prior entry or a steep gradient require applying their corresponding rules before this order. A subjective comparison of which seems easier to manoeuvre is not sufficient.
