Try to slide until fully stopped, without attempting to stand while still moving or deliberately rolling to increase friction. Release the motorcycle to avoid being dragged by it. This does not guarantee avoiding injury. Once stopped, do not automatically stand or clear the road: assess your condition and traffic danger; if injured or uncertain, seek help through 112 and follow its instructions. Moving an injured person requires precautions and should occur only for immediate danger or according to emergency-service instructions.
