Yes. Normally use the right lane; the immediately adjacent lane, here the centre lane, may be used when road or traffic conditions warrant it without obstructing a following vehicle. It may not freely use all three lanes: the far-left lane is outside this permission. Obey signs, limits and safe-overtaking conditions. The current rule is in Article 31.2.
