Check that the battery master switch is connected.
Check that the battery master switch is connected according to vehicle instructions. An unlit panel does not by itself prove a fault in that switch: the battery, connections, fuses or other components may also be involved. There is no universal red LED in all lorries that diagnoses it; follow the manual.
