Correct answer
Come to a compulsory stop.
Stop. A steady red light prohibits passage; do not cross the nearest stop line before the traffic light or, where none exists, the light itself. If the light is inside or beyond the junction, stop before entering the junction. When signs conflict, the traffic light takes priority over road markings, subject to higher-priority officer instructions or temporary traffic control. A give-way marking does not permit proceeding through a red light. The situation is fully described and does not depend on a missing image.
