Every two years. Under Article 6 of Royal Decree 920/2017, motorcycles in this regime are exempt up to four years old and undergo biennial testing when more than four years old. Age is counted from first registration or entry into service recorded in the Vehicle Register. Driving-school motorcycles follow a different schedule and are therefore excluded from this question.
