No. Article 87.1.b prohibits overtaking at and near level crossings. The current wording no longer includes the former exception for two-wheeled vehicles with lateral visibility and prior warnings. Having no barriers or separate no-overtaking sign does not remove the prohibition. Sounding the horn does not remove it either.
