Correct answer
CPR, starting chest compressions.
Start cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Call 112 without delay, use speakerphone and follow the call handler. Start chest compressions at 100–120 per minute and 5–6 cm deep, allowing full recoil. If trained to give rescue breaths, alternate 30 compressions and 2 breaths; otherwise give continuous compressions. Use an AED as soon as available and follow its instructions. Do not wait for a ventilation technique to fail before starting CPR.
