Correct answer
In a permitted place on a one-way road.
A permitted place on a one-way road. One-way traffic does not allow stopping or parking everywhere: follow signs, local rules, positioning and safety requirements. Article 94 prohibits voluntary stops in underpasses and pedestrian crossings, and parking wherever stopping is prohibited. Halting because of traffic or an emergency is a different case.
