Leave at least 1.5 metres and occupy part or all of the adjacent or opposing lane; with more than one lane per direction, change lanes completely. Outside built-up areas, reduce speed at least 20 km/h below the limit. Cyclists are not the only users covered by Article 88.2, but merely travelling slowly does not grant the exception to every lorry.
