Correct answer
Laden mass.
Laden mass: the actual mass of the vehicle and its load, including service personnel and passengers. It is not maximum authorised mass, which sets the permitted road-use limit, or tare. Mass in running order is a different concept: for these vehicles it adds the standard 75 kg driver mass to tare and, for buses and coaches, a 75 kg attendant if carried. It is not the actual mass of every occupant and the load on that journey.
