With priority.
P-1 warns of a junction where your road has priority over traffic on the intersecting roads. That traffic must give way to the priority road, subject to officers’ instructions and other higher-ranking controls. It does not warn of a narrow road or a junction without priority. Priority does not permit entering if you will stop and obstruct crossing traffic, or remove the need for care.
