You must hold a valid A2 licence for at least two years and meet the other requirements, including the required training. A1 or B alone is insufficient. The general minimum age for A is20; riding motor tricycles over 15 kW requires 21. A authorises motorcycles and motor tricycles; it does not by itself authorise every quadricycle.
