Correct answer
A public non-scheduled passenger service.
The public non-scheduled passenger service must carry a journey sheet. The Order exempts vehicles expressly assigned to a general-use regular service while operating one of its departures, and vehicles held in the special-use regular service authorisation holder’s own name while operating a departure covered by that authorisation. The old journey-log book model was removed in 2019; the journey sheet identifies the service and its details. Since 5 October 2026 it must be digital, under the eighth transitional provision of Law 9/2025.
