Correct answer
The presence of a nearby danger.
V-27 warns of a nearby danger reported by a third party to the DGT connected-vehicle platform. It is voluntary and displayed in vehicles connected telematically, directly or through a provider, to the National Access Point for Traffic and Mobility Information. It does not mean that Wi-Fi is unavailable or necessarily indicate fog. A generic dashboard triangle cannot automatically be identified as V-27: it may be a different manufacturer warning.
