What it means
The S-371 sign indicates overhead signs on a conventional road with two immediate exits toward a conventional road and the road's own direction. Through panels placed above the lanes, it informs that there are two nearby exit options and one path continuing on the main road. It usually appears before complex links or junctions where late reading may create dangerous changes. When you see it, identify your destination, occupy the corresponding lane in advance, and keep a predictable path. In the test they often check that you distinguish the two immediate exits from the direction that continues straight or on the main road.
