What it means
The S-108 sign informs of water. It indicates the presence or direction of a point where water can be obtained, as a useful service for travellers, without by itself changing priority, limits, or the obligation to continue or stop. It usually appears in rest areas, recreational zones, service facilities, tourist routes, or roads with equipment for users. When you see it, decide in advance whether you need to access it and make any turn or stop only where safe and allowed. In the test it is usually classified as a service sign, not as a warning of water on the road or flood danger.
