No, under Article 94. A stopping prohibition also prohibits parking, even when the stop is shorter than two minutes or the driver stays at the wheel. Do not confuse a voluntary stop with stopping required by traffic or to give way. Keep the crossing clear and do not enter when traffic will foreseeably leave it blocked.
